Now Nostalgia Shed-Less Hair Tea Fortifying Rinse Key Ingredients and How to Use it to Help Excessive Hair Shedding

I made this product because during the week I know I have to rehydrate my hair but that doesn’t mean that I want to shampoo and do a whole new wash day.

That’s where my tea rinse comes in. After wash day the hair starts to dry of course but using a mix of cleansing and conditioning herbs you get the nutrients your hair needs to keep its luster and strength.

I also made this product as yet another way to combat hair loss and or hair thinning. The caffeine in green tea is what helps reduce shedding.

Have you ever noticed that your hair tends to shed after your condition it? Well using this tea along with a conditioner has helped me keep hair fall at bay.

Key Ingredients

Moringa- This herb is great for reducing inflammation on the skin/scalp. It promotes blood circulation. I included this herb in particular because people who are low in iron experience hair loss and Moringa is an herb high in iron and can help with hair loss.

The nutrient packed herb can also be used topically to infuse growth-promoting minerals into your hair and scalp, stave off bad bacteria and fungal growth, and reduce the greying of hairs, dandruff and split ends. It’s great for fighting off dandruff, acts as a cleanser, hair strengthened, helps with split ends. It’s an all in one hair hair.

Fenugreek seeds- Fenugreek is a great way to get good moisture in your hair and scalp. Studies have proven when people use fenugreek in their hair, there have been significant changes in the hairs ability to retain moisture. Fenugreek is also know for its anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and wound healing abilities. I love this ingredient because it has a mucilage effect when boiled and gives the hair great slip!

Green Tea- I love green tea❤️Green teas are well known for being rich in antioxidants. Most of the antioxidants in green tea come from compounds known as flavonols, particularly a type known as catechins.

The most abundant and powerful catechin in green tea is epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which has been linked to a reduced risk of heart disease and certain types of cancer.

The epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) in green tea may prevent hair loss by inhibiting the activity of hormones that induce hair loss and promoting hair regrowth by stimulating hair follicles.

Hair growth is largely related to oxygen and nutrient delivery to the skin. Poor blood circulation can lead to hair loss. So, using green tea topically or in diet can increase the supply of these nutrients to your scalp and improve hair growth.
